You have 4+ years of experience in backend engineering, particularly with Java and Go, and you understand the intricacies of building scalable production systems. Your familiarity with database technologies allows you to design efficient data models that support high-performance applications. You possess a solid architectural understanding of web applications and APIs, enabling you to contribute effectively to design discussions and ensure maintainability. Your experience with large-scale production environments has equipped you with the skills to handle concurrency and optimize performance under load. You are proactive in initiating and promoting new ideas for continuous improvement, and you stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to DevOps and the software development lifecycle. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with team members and product colleagues to deliver high-quality, testable, and efficient code.

Desirable

Experience with modern DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with cloud frameworks and technologies. If you have exposure to architectural discussions and design sessions, you will find yourself well-prepared for this role.

What you'll do
