- Work as a specialize brand POC to ensure focus on input & output metrics.
- Prioritize resolution to drive stakeholder experience
- Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound
- Work with external Ops stake holders to troubleshoot inbound issues
- Primary contact for any brand escalation on catalogue / inventory / Ops / payment related issues


- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Excel- Proficient in Excel
