What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the global strategy for R&D contractor and partner ecosystems. You will serve as the senior executive point of contact for all strategic vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and financial targets. Your responsibilities will include defining and enforcing a clear vendor segmentation and tiering model, which will help optimize the external talent model. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure that the external workforce is effectively integrated into the engineering process.

You will be accountable for driving outcomes that materially improve engineering throughput, productivity, code quality, and speed to market. This involves challenging partners and internal stakeholders when necessary to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved. You will also be responsible for commercial negotiations and performance management of vendor relationships, ensuring that they meet the strategic goals of the organization.

Storable offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 USD.
