You are an aspiring Business Development Representative with a keen interest in the venture capital and private equity sectors. Your ability to identify Carta's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) will be crucial in generating meaningful conversations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the company's pipeline growth.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn for prospecting will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the private capital markets to effectively match prospect pain points with Carta's solutions.
