What you'll do

As an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager) at sweetgreen, you will partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance, using data-driven insights to navigate challenges. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve hands-on coaching, stepping in during busy periods to maintain operational efficiency. You will also conduct regular inspections of food quality and safety, addressing any facility or supply issues promptly. Your leadership will be key in creating a positive work environment that encourages team member safety and strong audit performance.
