Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.

We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.

  • Design & Build Intelligent Pipelines & Retrieval Systems: Create and manage scalable data pipelines that connect databases, schemas, and advanced retrieval functions.

  • Drive Automation: Develop automated systems to deliver insights at scale through smart rule-based retrieval and dynamic content generation, supporting structured, unstructured, and generated data.

  • Enable AI Systems: Ensure data and content are efficiently stored, indexed, and accessible via APIs, partner ecosystems, and next-gen AI workflows (e.g., RAG).

  • Innovate & Optimize: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, advancing Statista’s data and content automation strategy

  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.

  • Familiarity with NLP and/or AI/ML libraries and frameworks like LangChain or direct experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems is a plus

  • A keen interest in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs, prompt engineering, model output evaluation, or autonomous agent systems.
