You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in outbound strategies, and understand the unique challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses. Your ability to build relationships and nurture leads is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of HubSpot's software solutions. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, whether from home or in the Dublin office, and are adept at using technology to enhance your sales processes. Your experience in a similar role has equipped you with the skills necessary to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus, as is familiarity with the Nordics market. A background in sales within the tech industry will help you understand the nuances of selling software solutions.
