DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for their US Marketplace Strategy & Operations team to develop and operationalize targeting strategies for restaurant acquisition. You'll work with data analysis and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in marketplace dynamics and restaurant acquisition. You are comfortable working with large data sets and possess the analytical skills to draw insights that influence decision-making. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams such as Sales Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of strategies. You are a strategic thinker who can also operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You understand the importance of optimizing marketplace performance and are excited about leveraging data to drive growth.
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as is familiarity with operationalizing targeting strategies. You have a knack for identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable plans that benefit both the company and its partners. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly based on changing business needs, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In this role, you will develop and own the end-to-end targeting strategy for the U.S. Restaurant Acquisition team, ensuring that the right infrastructure is in place to support growth. You will partner closely with Sales Ops to identify the right restaurants to target, leveraging data to inform your decisions. Your role will involve leading initiatives across multiple business lines, acting as the connective tissue that brings together various teams to drive business outcomes. You will analyze performance metrics and provide insights that help shape the direction of the marketplace strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to improve the return on investment for our partners, ensuring that DoorDash remains a leader in the restaurant delivery space.
