Experience in the drone or autonomous technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with building scalable processes and playbooks will help you excel in this role. A background in customer experience management will enhance your ability to influence service areas effectively.
In this role, you will lead a small, high-performing team dedicated to transforming last-mile logistics through drone delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the end-to-end customer experience. This includes building scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures to address common customer pain points. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, support, operations, and marketing teams to pilot tools and streamline workflows. Your efforts will focus on improving awareness and education around the consumer value proposition of drone delivery, emphasizing speed, quality, affordability, safety, and energy efficiency. You will also engage with customers and merchant-partners to ensure that the experiences being developed align with their needs and expectations.
