Xometry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on procurement. This role requires expertise in enterprise-level sales cycles and complex contract negotiations.
You are a strategic and results-oriented professional with over 5 years of experience in account management and enterprise sales. You have a deep understanding of the procurement process and are skilled at navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to build relationships with procurement leaders and sourcing managers sets you apart, allowing you to secure long-term, profitable partnerships. You thrive in environments where you can demonstrate the value of your offerings and grow business share within key accounts.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the benefits of Xometry’s digital marketplace to various stakeholders. Your experience includes managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You are adept at identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, understanding the evolving needs and challenges of your clients.
Experience in the manufacturing sector or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketplaces and the ability to leverage technology to enhance sales processes will be beneficial. You are a proactive problem solver who can think critically about client needs and develop strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring that you maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs and challenges. Developing and executing strategic account plans will be a key responsibility, as you aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
You will lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other strategic meetings to discuss account performance and growth opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are providing the highest level of service possible. You will also be responsible for negotiating complex contracts and managing the procurement process to secure long-term partnerships.
