What you'll do

As the Software Engineering Director at Teya, you will lead multiple engineering teams focused on the Acceptance domain. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the technical strategy and ensure that the systems developed deliver outstanding reliability and performance. You will work closely with product and business leaders to translate Teya's mission into scalable technology outcomes that have a significant impact on small businesses.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence within your teams, encouraging innovation, and ensuring that best practices are followed in software development. You will mentor and guide engineering managers and team leads, helping them to develop their skills and grow their careers. Your role will involve setting clear goals and expectations for your teams, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.

You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to define the engineering roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives.
