You have a proven track record as a technical leader, with experience in guiding teams through complex projects and instilling a culture of quality and collaboration. Your ability to mentor engineers in technical design and project leadership is a key strength, and you thrive in environments where you can influence technical culture and strategy. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about helping new users discover the full value of collaborative software. You are adept at partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
