Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from system design and coding to deployment and maintenance. Work closely with product managers to translate a compelling roadmap into a detailed and actionable engineering plan.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Extensive experience in software engineering leadership, with at least 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent role.

Proven experience leading and managing multiple engineering teams.

Deep understanding of the identity and access management (IAM) space and the challenges of securing modern applications.

Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and how they interact with APIs and data.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex technical platforms or API products.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
