TripActions is seeking a Senior Global Partnership Manager to lead and optimize key partnerships. You'll leverage data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the corporate travel industry and fluency in Spanish.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, with a strong background in managing global partnerships. Your fluency in Spanish allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, enhancing relationship-building efforts. You have a proven track record of streamlining business operations and optimizing workflows, ensuring that partnerships are not only established but also nurtured for long-term success.

Your experience in project and program management equips you with the skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with the company's strategic goals. You are adept at commercial negotiations, having successfully negotiated complex contracts that deliver mutual value and compliance. Your analytical mindset enables you to leverage data insights to enhance partnership performance and inform decision-making.

You thrive in environments that require collaboration with executive-level stakeholders, and you have a successful history of influencing and engaging C-suite executives. Your ability to represent your company to high-level partners is a testament to your strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. You are self-motivated and results-driven, capable of thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous situations, including working across global time zones.

Desirable

Experience in a Global Partnerships role is beneficial, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in managing international relationships. Familiarity with sales enablement initiatives will enhance your ability to drive the effectiveness of sales teams, ensuring that partnership goals are met and exceeded.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and fostering relationships between Navan and its global partners. Your primary focus will be to ensure that these partnerships are strategically aligned with the company's long-term business goals. You will develop and nurture strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships that align with company objectives.

You will negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutual value and compliance while driving long-term success for both Navan and its partners. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you leverage data and insights to enhance partnership performance and inform decision-making processes. You will lead cross-functional global projects and program initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of results.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align partnership network goals with business capabilities and technological advancements. You will also drive sales enablement initiatives to enhance the reach and effectiveness of sales, ensuring that all teams are equipped to succeed in their objectives.
