You have a proven track record in customer advocacy and success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the solutions provided. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders makes you a natural leader in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. You are passionate about innovation and thrive in collaborative settings, where you can contribute to shaping the future of revenue optimization. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform strategies and improve customer outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer advocacy and success, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. You will develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction, helping clients maximize their use of Varicent's SaaS solutions. You will also be responsible for training and onboarding new customers, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed. Regularly analyzing customer data and feedback will be key to identifying areas for improvement and growth. You will represent the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that their experiences inform business decisions.
