PS Operations Specialist

Your ability to validate operational requests and maintain data accuracy is crucial in this role. You are comfortable using case management systems to monitor and manage requests, and you understand the importance of adhering to service level agreements. You are committed to maintaining high standards of delivery and stakeholder experience, and you take pride in your work.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a PS Operations Specialist at UiPath, you will provide essential operational support to internal stakeholders involved in Professional Services engagements. Your primary responsibility will be to execute and support operational requests in alignment with defined guidelines and SLAs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, Project Managers, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and handoffs of operational activities.

You will review and validate PS operational requests to ensure data accuracy and compliance, playing a critical role in maintaining the integrity of operational processes. Monitoring and managing requests through established case management and queue mechanisms will be a key part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for resolving day-to-day operational and system-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed about request statuses, dependencies, and timelines.

Your role will involve acting as a communication bridge between various teams, facilitating smooth coordination and collaboration. You will be expected to maintain high standards of delivery and stakeholder experience, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services team at UiPath.
