Senior Associate, Implementations Onboarding

Who you are

You have a strong background in client servicing and project management, ideally with experience in plan administration and onboarding processes. You understand the intricacies of 401(k)/403(b) plans and can provide valuable insights to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as they transition to Vestwell's platform. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders will enhance the onboarding experience for clients, ensuring a smooth integration into our financial technology solutions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges during the onboarding process and are skilled at providing solutions that meet client needs. Your experience in financial services or fintech is a plus, as it equips you with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of our offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors during their onboarding journey with Vestwell. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to address client needs and enhance our onboarding procedures. Your expertise in plan design will be crucial as you guide clients through the setup of their retirement plans and other savings products. You will also conduct training sessions for clients, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively utilize our platform. By gathering feedback from clients, you will help identify areas for improvement in our onboarding process, contributing to the overall success of our client relationships. Your role will be instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships with our clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued as they navigate their financial journeys with Vestwell.
