You have a strong background in safety management and compliance, with experience in executing safety policies in a fulfillment center environment. Your expertise in lean principles and risk assessment allows you to identify and mitigate ergonomic risks effectively. You are an effective communicator, capable of conveying safety expectations clearly to operations teams and providing constructive feedback. You possess a deep understanding of local and regional safety regulations and are committed to fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and a proven track record of influencing change through data analysis and risk assessments would be advantageous. Familiarity with ergonomic standards and safety training programs is also a plus.
