Job Description

We are seeking a results driven Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead complex marketing initiatives for Amazon Shipping and drive operational excellence across our marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and optimize high-impact marketing programs that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer engagement. This role will serve as the primary interface for our most critical marketing initiatives, architecting and implementing scalable processes that power our ambitious growth objectives. Your average day will be dynamic, and you'll collaborate with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence and peer marketing functions.

Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams, managing all marketing requests, intake processes, and prioritization of marketing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Email Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign workflow management and execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reporting by partnering with Business Intelligence and Marketing Operations teams.
• Own budget management and annual planning processes in partnership with the Finance team.
• Drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and analytics.
• Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable processes for project prioritization and roadmap delivery, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.


About the team
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) business collectively represents some of the most critical components of Amazon’s first-class transportation network. Everything we do is aimed at further delighting our customers with faster, cheaper and more efficient means of receiving packages. With Amazon Shipping , Sellers can tap into Amazon's world-class transportation solutions for their own small parcel needs. We are seeking a leader to set up and scale in-house performance media capability.- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Program management 4+ years of experience- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
