Ema is seeking a Technical Writer to create clear and engaging documentation for their AI technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness in user guides and API documentation. This role requires experience in technical writing and a background in a technical field.
You are an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in transforming complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of creating engaging content for various audiences, including users, engineers, and internal teams. Your experience in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, equips you with the knowledge necessary to grasp intricate concepts and communicate them effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of all content. You are adept at managing documentation projects from initiation to completion, prioritizing deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
Experience with tools like Markdown or GitBook is a plus, as is familiarity with API documentation and user guides. You are comfortable working in a hybrid role, balancing time between the office and remote work, and you are excited about contributing to a cutting-edge AI technology company.
In this role, you will develop high-quality technical documentation that includes user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, tutorials, and release notes. You will research, plan, write, and edit documentation to ensure it meets the needs of various stakeholders.
