Overview

Handshake is seeking Meeting, Convention, and Event Planners to contribute to an AI research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required, and the role is fully remote.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in meeting, convention, and event planning. Your background includes consulting with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events, such as meetings, conferences, and conventions. You are detail-oriented and have experience reviewing event bills for accuracy and approving payments. Your coordination skills enable you to manage services effectively, ensuring that events run smoothly and meet client expectations. You are adaptable and can work independently, making you well-suited for a remote, asynchronous role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to an hourly, temporary AI research project by leveraging your professional experience to evaluate AI models. You will assess content related to your field of work and deliver clear, structured feedback that strengthens the model’s understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your work will include developing prompts for AI models that reflect your field and evaluating the responses generated by these models. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and contribute to how AI is utilized in your industry. The position offers flexible hours, with an average commitment of 5-20 hours per week, allowing you to balance this role with other commitments.
