Carvana is seeking a Post Production Manager to oversee the vehicle reconditioning process at their Inspection Center. You have a proven track record in a supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or inspection environment. Your leadership style fosters a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement, ensuring that your team meets quality and production objectives. You understand the importance of maintaining operational efficiency and are skilled at mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their best work.

You are detail-oriented and committed to upholding high standards in vehicle reconditioning. Your experience allows you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring that every vehicle meets rigorous mechanical and cosmetic standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.

What you'll do

As the Post Production Manager at Carvana, you will oversee the daily operations within the Inspection Center, ensuring that all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process run smoothly. You will lead a team of at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates, providing mentorship and support to help them excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to identify and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency. Regularly reviewing performance metrics will be essential to ensure that quality, production, and cost objectives are met. You will also collaborate with other departments to align on goals and share insights that contribute to the overall success of Carvana's mission.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
