What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the Offer Engine's roadmap, working closely with FLYR leadership and product managers to define its scope and capabilities. You will collaborate with individual product owners and airline experts to ensure that the Offer Engine meets the needs of airlines transitioning from legacy systems. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the engineering team has a clear understanding of the objectives.

You will lead discussions around offer creation orchestration and taxation, ensuring that the Offer Engine is equipped to handle complex scenarios and deliver personalized experiences to travelers. Your ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations will be crucial in aligning the team and stakeholders on the product vision. You will also monitor the performance of the Offer Engine, gathering feedback and iterating on features to continuously improve the product.
