What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical execution and operational delivery of physical security services across Microsoft’s Puget Sound campus. You will oversee security personnel, manage infrastructure, and ensure vendor performance meets the company's high standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing security protocols that protect Microsoft’s assets and personnel.

You will collaborate with various teams to assess risks and develop strategies that enhance the overall security posture of the campus. This includes conducting regular security assessments, managing incident responses, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
