What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Property team by providing specialized MEP and architectural expertise for various construction projects. You will oversee the design process for MEP installations, ensuring that all project specifications are met and aligned with HelloFresh’s operational and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include serving as a key technical resource for project managers, assisting with the integration of MEP and architectural designs. You will manage the design process, ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards while optimizing for cost and efficiency.

You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external consultants, coordinating the review and integration of MEP designs. Your role will involve collaborating with design consultants to validate MEP designs and facilitate necessary adjustments to align with project objectives. Conducting site visits and design reviews will be essential to confirm adherence to design intent and quality benchmarks, allowing you to recommend modifications as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all design elements are practical, efficient, and cost-effective.
