Roku is seeking a Senior CRM Solutions Architect to develop and implement data-driven templating and personalization solutions for automated marketing communications. You'll leverage your expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation to enhance user engagement. This role requires deep technical knowledge and experience in front-end development.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in CRM systems and marketing automation, with a strong understanding of how to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. Your expertise in front-end development allows you to create dynamic messaging experiences that resonate with users across various channels. You are passionate about building modular, reusable frameworks that enhance personalization and operational efficiency, ensuring that marketing communications are both effective and scalable.

You thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork is essential. You understand the importance of translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions, and you have a proven track record of doing so. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights helps drive marketing strategies that engage consumers effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to navigate complex challenges in CRM implementations.

Desirable

Experience with additional CRM platforms or marketing tools is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools will enhance your ability to measure the success of implemented solutions. What you'll do

As a Senior CRM Solutions Architect at Roku, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our automated marketing communications. You will work closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and translate those into technical requirements. Your role will involve designing data-driven templating and personalization solutions that improve user engagement across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

You will lead the technical execution of marketing strategies, ensuring that all solutions are scalable and efficient. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the CRM systems are integrated seamlessly with other marketing tools and platforms. Your insights will help shape the direction of our marketing efforts, allowing us to connect consumers with the content they love.
