Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. A background in marketing or business development will help you understand the dynamics of lead generation. You are data-driven and enjoy analyzing metrics to improve your performance. A passion for technology and security solutions will give you an edge in understanding Verkada's offerings.
As a Marketing Development Representative at Verkada, you will focus on generating leads through automated programs and cold outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to set up demos for the sales team, allowing them to engage with high-level prospects. You will leverage data and analytics to track your performance and optimize your outreach strategies. By following up on leads and nurturing relationships, you will contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
