As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes offering services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your role will involve performing both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. You will focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing your accounts effectively to retain clients and earn residual commissions. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities as you work with a diverse range of businesses.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, and potential earnings in your second year between $110,000 and $130,000.
