We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive PCB supply chain programs for Project Kuiper's satellite constellation. This role will focus on implementing and managing supply chain processes, supplier relationships, and day-to-day operations to ensure reliable PCB procurement and manufacturing.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute PCB supply chain strategies working with established suppliers and new partners to meet production demands
• Manage supplier performance metrics, quality standards, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate between internal engineering teams and external manufacturers to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain supply chain risk management processes
• Lead supplier technical reviews and quality audits
• Track and report on key supply chain metrics, identifying trends and proposing solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for PCB manufacturing processes and requirements
• Coordinate with quality engineering to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
NOTE: This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
