What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the IT and InfoSec strategy across Corporate and Manufacturing sites. You will lead a high-performing IT organization, ensuring that roles are clearly defined and career paths are established for team members. Your responsibilities will include overseeing IT support, infrastructure, infosecurity, and endpoint management, ensuring that all systems are secure and efficient.

You will be responsible for the lifecycle and management of customer-facing IT hardware, particularly laptops included in product offerings. This includes developing processes for hardware provisioning, support, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals, driving technology operations that enhance productivity and service delivery.

As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for innovation within the IT function, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
