Energage is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive the preservation and expansion of their culture-focused customer base. You'll leverage your sales talent and customer service experience to develop strategic communications and build long-term relationships. Experience in a similar role within the mid-market segment is a plus, as is familiarity with employee engagement programs or surveys. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and can effectively communicate insights to clients, enhancing their experience with the Top Workplaces program.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities by researching leads and creating strategic plans tailored to each prospect. You will qualify leads from both outbound efforts and marketing campaigns, ensuring that you understand their unique business challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you support organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program, guiding them through the launch of successful employee surveys and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
You will also communicate survey results to participating organizations, regardless of whether they are named a Top Workplace, and provide valuable insights into their results packages. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction, encouraging organizations to continue their engagement with Energage.
