Hightouch is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee successful customer onboarding and integration of their AI platform. You'll work closely with Technical Architects and require skills in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000 OTE.
You have a strong background in managing implementations, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a technical role that involves customer interaction. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, which allows you to effectively support customers in integrating Hightouch into their existing data infrastructure. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease. You possess a growth mindset and are motivated to help customers achieve their goals through effective onboarding processes. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each implementation is executed flawlessly. Experience in AI or marketing technology is a plus, as it aligns with Hightouch's mission to revolutionize marketing workflows.
As an Implementation Manager at Hightouch, you will take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integration of Hightouch's platform into customer systems. Your role will involve executing the technical aspects of customer onboarding, which includes configuring the platform to meet specific customer needs and providing training to ensure they can leverage the platform effectively. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process, working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the integration process, ensuring they understand how to utilize Hightouch's features to enhance their marketing strategies. You will track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the implementation journey. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Hightouch's onboarding processes.
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000 OTE, which is location independent due to our remote-first policy. We provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
