Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the hiring and critical recruiting programs for our growing Entertainment businesses in Latin America. In this role you will establish and execute the sourcing strategies for various creative and core business teams across Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, and Amazon Music. You will contribute to the success and scale of critical programs that will support the long term investment in talent for the Latin American market.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including innovative sourcing approaches and diverse pipeline development aligned with Amazon's leadership principles

• Lead full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate identification through offer negotiation, ensuring exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring teams

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand technical requirements and team dynamics

• Develop sophisticated candidate engagement strategies, including compelling outreach campaigns and effective assessment methods

• Drive data-informed decisions by monitoring key metrics and analyzing recruitment performance to continuously improve outcomes

• Optimize and enhance recruitment processes, including interview structures and selection criteria, to ensure efficiency and effectivenessProficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
2+ years ' Talent Acquisition experience, including using CTS/ATS, sourcing, tracking and managing candidates and managing stakeholders in the LATAM region.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Experience recruiting technical and non-technical talent in innovative and highly competitive environments
Ability to design creative talent solutions
Experience leading/participating hiring events
