You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of quality in automotive painting and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer commitments are met. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver quality results. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are prepared and painted efficiently, contributing to the overall customer experience. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career as the company grows.
