Overview

Google is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist for their Customer Success Acceleration team in Dublin. You'll manage digital advertising campaigns and develop strategies to enhance client relationships using data insights. This role requires fluency in Hebrew and English, along with experience in marketing and analytics.

Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to successfully influence clients utilizing data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.   • Collaborate with account managers, account executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business issues.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.
  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers, and create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
