Clutch is seeking a Customer Advisor to enhance the online car selling experience. You'll respond to customer inquiries and act as the main point of contact for individuals looking to sell their cars. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You are a driven individual with a passion for customer service — you thrive in environments where you can help others and provide solutions to their inquiries. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and SMS. You understand the importance of being the voice of the customer and are eager to represent their needs within the organization.
You are comfortable handling a high volume of calls — with around 60 calls daily, you manage your time efficiently while ensuring each customer feels valued and heard. Your proactive approach means you don’t just wait for customers to reach out; you take the initiative to follow up with those who have scheduled appointments to sell their cars, ensuring a seamless experience.
