Overview

Clutch is seeking a Customer Advisor to enhance the online car selling experience. You'll respond to customer inquiries and act as the main point of contact for individuals looking to sell their cars. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Who you are

You are a driven individual with a passion for customer service — you thrive in environments where you can help others and provide solutions to their inquiries. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and SMS. You understand the importance of being the voice of the customer and are eager to represent their needs within the organization.

You are comfortable handling a high volume of calls — with around 60 calls daily, you manage your time efficiently while ensuring each customer feels valued and heard. Your proactive approach means you don’t just wait for customers to reach out; you take the initiative to follow up with those who have scheduled appointments to sell their cars, ensuring a seamless experience.

You are adaptable and open to learning — as Clutch continues to grow, you are excited about the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success. You appreciate a workplace that values inclusivity and provides opportunities for all individuals to succeed.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Customer Advisor at Clutch, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in selling their cars — your role is crucial in providing a hassle-free experience. You will respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to customers who have scheduled appointments, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will help build trust and rapport with customers.

You will manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, including phone calls, emails, and SMS — this multi-channel approach allows you to cater to customer preferences and enhance their experience. Your goal is to ensure that every customer feels valued and informed, guiding them through the steps of selling their car to Clutch.
