Senior Technical Product Manager

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on technical products. Your technical experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Tech Support gives you a unique advantage in understanding the complexities of the product lifecycle. You possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build positive relationships and trust across teams.

You are a proactive leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the product development process. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana would be beneficial. A background in software development or a related field can enhance your ability to lead product discussions and decisions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at JFrog, you will take ownership of the product strategy for the Artifactory core product. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver a high-quality B2D product on schedule. Your role will involve mastering the product and leading requirements through the full lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch.

You will gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and ensure that JFrog's customers receive an exceptional experience. By identifying market trends and customer needs, you will help shape the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver value.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in for the product vision. You will lead cross-team interactions, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

Your analytical skills will be crucial in defining metrics for success and measuring the impact of product initiatives. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and A/B testing to validate product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
