HubSpot is hiring a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth. You'll utilize your expertise in digital transformation and change management while leveraging HubSpot's platform. This role requires 4-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position.
You have 4-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. You thrive in a complex selling environment and have a proven track record of presenting and pitching to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to influence decision-makers. Your goal-oriented mindset drives you to manage your pipeline accurately, ensuring you forecast sales with precision. You are trained and/or certified in standardized sales methodologies, equipping you with the skills to navigate the sales process effectively.
As a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow by utilizing proactive and inbound selling strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan, identifying new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads. Running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders will be a key part of your role, as you work to close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the sales process. Collaboration with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments will be essential as you evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced. You will also conduct online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of HubSpot's offerings to potential clients.
