You'll work closely with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure successful procedures and customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals early in their medical device career.

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a foundational role in bringing new accounts online. You will support in-procedure coordination, ensuring that every surgical procedure is executed safely and efficiently. You will train operating room teams and help surgeons navigate a structured onboarding pathway for the new technology. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling procedural scheduling and practice integration. You will work closely with Clinical Specialists and commercial teams to drive the adoption of the robotic surgical technology, ensuring that it meets the needs of both patients and surgeons.
