Who you are

You have 3–6 years of relevant analytics experience with a strong focus on problem-solving and advanced BI solutions — your analytical skills allow you to tackle complex business challenges effectively. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in B.E., B.Tech, or an equivalent discipline, which has equipped you with a solid foundation in data analysis. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to present insights clearly through effective storyboarding and data narratives. You are adept at engaging with clients and business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, ensuring that your analytical solutions are aligned with their needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Data Engineering teams to translate business problems into actionable insights. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all reporting and analytics delivery. You can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Desirable

Experience with additional BI tools or programming languages would be a plus, as would familiarity with data visualization best practices. A background in specific industries could enhance your ability to understand client needs more deeply.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work on a broad range of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence problems across various industries. You will engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand their business context, objectives, and challenges, translating these into effective analytical solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting business processes, mapping end-to-end workflows using visual formats such as process flow diagrams. You will define metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports that address business problems, developing, publishing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making. You will perform storyboarding to structure analytical insights and present clear, compelling narratives to stakeholders. Collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams, you will provide clear and detailed requirements to ensure the successful implementation of analytical solutions. You will also perform quality checks and validation of reports and dashboards before client delivery, participating in regular client and internal meetings to prepare clear documentation of discussions and decisions.
