You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, and you are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and are ready to tackle challenges head-on. Experience with cloud infrastructure or data center environments is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and network issues will help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate.
