You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in technology and data center operations. You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, and you are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside a diverse team of engineers and specialists to ensure the highest standards of safety and security in data center operations. You are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and are ready to tackle challenges head-on. You understand the importance of maintaining seamless operations that power millions of businesses and services worldwide.
Experience with cloud infrastructure or data center environments is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and network issues will help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate.
