You are also willing to learn new skills, such as maintaining hot tubs, and are open to receiving training to enhance your capabilities.

You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, which allows you to travel between properties as needed. You are adaptable and can manage your time effectively to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of vacation rental properties — your tasks will include thorough cleaning, such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, to ensure every surface sparkles. You will create welcoming environments by handling laundry, restocking amenities, and identifying any maintenance needs or damages. Your attention to detail will be crucial in delivering pristine, comfortable homes for guests.

You will work on a piece rate basis, which means your compensation will vary based on the number of units you clean — this structure allows you to maximize your earnings based on your efficiency and dedication. During paid training and required meetings, you will earn a set hourly wage, ensuring you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.

You will also be expected to communicate effectively with your team and management, reporting any issues or concerns that arise during your cleaning tasks. Your role is vital in maintaining the high property standards that Vacasa is known for, and you will play a key part in delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.
