Overview

Affinity is seeking an Account Executive to build and close a pipeline of new accounts within their Private Capital CRM business. You'll collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive strategic account growth.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the technology or CRM sectors. You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at managing a sales pipeline effectively. Desirable

Experience in the Private Capital or CRM industry is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools will help you excel in this role. A background in working with cross-functional teams will enhance your ability to drive results. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for understanding customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of net new accounts and existing customers. You will review, qualify, and follow up on daily inbound leads, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams, you will drive a consistent outbound motion to key strategic accounts. Your ability to understand the unique needs of prospects will enable you to drive better business outcomes and close deals effectively. You will work collaboratively with the customer success team to identify and drive expansion revenue within our install base. Managing your pipeline closely will be crucial to driving accurate sales forecasts and exceeding your quota. You will receive coaching from your Sales Manager and team members to support your professional growth and improve your performance.
