Equip Health is seeking a Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner to provide care for children and adults with eating disorders through a virtual platform. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a high volume patient case-load.
You are a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in providing care for patients with eating disorders. You have a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and are committed to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery. You thrive in a virtual environment and are comfortable managing a high volume patient case-load. You possess excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, dietitians, and peer mentors. You are dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in your practice and are eager to contribute to a supportive and engaging company culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders in both children and adults. You will manage a high volume patient case-load, providing ongoing care and support through Equip's telehealth platform. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated care team, including therapists, dietitians, and peer mentors, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will utilize your clinical expertise to guide patients through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of Equip's treatment programs.
