Implementations Manager

Who you are

You have experience in client servicing and project management, ideally within the financial technology sector. You understand the onboarding process for financial platforms and can effectively communicate with both Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors. Your background may include knowledge of plan design and administration, particularly for 401(k) and 403(b) plans. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients. You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges during the onboarding process and are skilled at providing solutions to ensure a seamless transition to Vestwell's platform.

Desirable

Experience with non-discrimination testing and end-to-end conversion processing for retirement plans is a plus. Familiarity with financial technology platforms and their functionalities will help you excel in this role. You may also have a background in training or educating clients about financial products and services, which will be beneficial as you guide clients through the onboarding process.

What you'll do
