Carvana is hiring a Security Associate to ensure the safety and security of associates, customers, and assets at their Chesterfield facility. You'll manage vehicle movements and enforce security protocols. This role requires open availability and strong communication skills.

You are eager to learn and become certified in life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED. This training will empower you to respond effectively in emergencies, ensuring the safety of everyone at the facility. You understand the importance of following established protocols and are committed to promoting an incident-ready focus every day.
In this role, you will manage and document the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly. You will conduct routine patrols of the facility, identifying and documenting any security or safety concerns that arise. Your proactive approach will help maintain a secure environment for all associates and visitors.
You will collaborate closely with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Safe and Secure Manager to address various requests, including badge creation and CCTV review. Your ability to communicate effectively with your team will be essential in resolving these requests promptly. You will also play a key role in training new team members on security protocols and emergency procedures, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness.
Carvana offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18, depending on experience.
