What you'll do

In this role, you will drive and improve inbound supply chain operations, ensuring that ingredients arrive in full and on time. You will optimize inbound processes, proactively minimizing impacts on the end-to-end operation and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your innovative mindset will help transform the function through effective project delivery, setting clear actions to achieve defined outcomes.

You will independently analyze internal data to support alternative solutions and provide clear recommendations that minimize costs through effective planning and waste management. Your responsibilities will include supervising the weekly ordering and forecasting processes, where you will mitigate risks and think creatively to formulate solutions. Building and owning relationships with external suppliers will be crucial, as you will work closely with procurement and technical teams to manage costs and onboard new suppliers.

You will report on and manage supplier performance, elevating operational standards through effective monitoring and management of KPIs. Balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategic objectives will be key to your success in this role. You will skillfully prioritize tasks and delegate where appropriate, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain function smoothly.
