Waymo is seeking a Product Manager for their Partner Trip Platform to define and launch products that enhance access to autonomous driving technology. This role requires collaboration with external partners and a focus on user experience.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in technology-driven environments. You understand the complexities of bringing innovative products to market and are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are data-driven and can translate user needs into actionable product strategies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. You are passionate about improving mobility solutions and have a keen interest in autonomous technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and engage stakeholders effectively.
In this role, you will define, develop, and launch products that expand Waymo's ability to serve trips with partners. You will collaborate closely with external partners to create exceptional Waymo experiences that enhance user access to our technology. You will be responsible for conducting user research to understand customer needs and preferences, which will inform product development. You will work with engineering and design teams to ensure that products are built to meet high standards of quality and usability. You will also analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Your role will involve setting clear metrics for success and tracking product performance post-launch to ensure continuous improvement. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align product initiatives with Waymo's broader business objectives. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with participation in a discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
