What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of New Products and Services, you will lead the end-to-end servicing journey for all new products and services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project and program management across Global Operations, ensuring that all teams are aligned and set up for success. You will develop and implement strategies that facilitate the launch of new products, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

You will also be responsible for managing partnerships that are essential to the success of new product launches. This involves collaborating with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and ensuring that product features meet customer needs. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings continuously.
