Overview

TripActions is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of the Navan platform. You'll build relationships with clients and collaborate with various teams to achieve program goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the commercial sector. You excel at building deep relationships with clients, functioning as a trusted advisor, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the services provided. Your ability to engage with clients at all levels, from program administrators to C-suite executives, sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, finance, support, and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations. You are adaptable and can navigate a fast-paced environment where change is constant. You understand the importance of client retention and are skilled at renewing accounts and cross-selling products.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Manager, your primary mission will be to drive revenue by ensuring your clients are happy and referenceable. You will manage all post-sales activities for commercial customers, leveraging your strong relationship-building skills and product knowledge to optimize their experience with the Navan platform. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure their program goals are aligned and that they are unlocking maximum value from their partnership with Navan. Your role will involve driving usage of the Navan platform, ensuring clients manage 100% of their travel and expense programs effectively. You will also be responsible for renewing your accounts and identifying opportunities for cross-selling adjacent products from across our portfolio. This highly visible role will require you to partner closely with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

At TripActions, we offer a competitive salary range of $102,400—$128,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
